Assessments

Tools for Clarity, Formation, and Sustainable Growth

Assessment at Empower You Coaching is not about labeling or evaluation. It is about understanding. Our tools help individuals, teams, and communities develop shared language for how they are wired, how they relate, and how they make decisions under pressure.

These assessments are used as entry points into reflection, conversation, and growth. They are especially helpful during seasons of transition, misalignment, or relational strain. Each assessment is paired with guided interpretation so insight does not remain abstract.

Core Insight Assessments

Both assessments are used with individuals, couples, teams, and ministry settings.

R.I.S.E. Temperament Assessment

This assessment helps individuals understand how they naturally perceive, process, and respond to the world around them. It brings clarity to decision making, stress response, and leadership posture. Participants leave with language for their strengths, limitations, and natural rhythm rather than a score or ranking.

R.E.A.C.H. Relational Assessment

This assessment reveals how individuals give and receive relational value. It helps explain why connection can feel life giving in some spaces and draining in others. R.E.A.C.H. provides practical insight into communication, boundaries, and relational expectations across family, work, and community life.

Individual Insight Conversations

> Each assessment includes a private guided conversation to help participants interpret their results in the context of their real life. The focus is not correction but empowerment. These conversations support self knowing, and next steps that feel realistic and grounded.

Team Mapping and Relational Clarity

> Using R.I.S.E. and R.E.A.C.H., teams gain a clearer understanding of how different temperaments and relational expressions show up together. This process helps reduce miscommunication, normalize differences, and strengthen collaboration without forcing uniformity. These sessions are often used with staff teams, volunteer groups, leadership teams, and ministry environments.

Understanding Stress and Capacity

> This guided session helps individuals and teams recognize how stress accumulates and how it shows up relationally. More importantly, team members will learn how their temperaments carry pressure differently. The goal is not resilience through endurance but sustainability through awareness and adjustment.
